LOVING HEART SUPPORT

 

“Loving heart support” is a gift I have to get deeply intouch and connect with people.
I received this name from THICH NHAT HANH (one of the best known Zen masters in the world today, poet, peace and human rights activist, he teaches mindfulness)

To be honest, at the beginning I didn't really like this name. How could I be a loving heart support for others if I barely supported well my life and my kids? In those days I was already so busy trying to live in a more peaceful way at least at home. Now, years later, I realized that Thich Nhat Hanh had already deeply caught my essence, he understood my natural gift. Infact it's with “loving heart support” that I now relate to people and very often something positive happens: a change, an understanding, an emotion...this happens spontaneously, my heart reaches and talks to and with the heart of other people.

If you listen and follow our heart , support comes. You take the right decisions, your heart encourages you and can help fullfill your dreams that in present time appear impossible to accomplish
When you are confused , sad, worried, just sit down, concentrate on your breath, take a moment to talk and listen to your heart, he will certainly tell you something! You could also express gratitude, you are alive, in the world and, when you are “present” you can admire “Mother Earth”, the shapes of clouds, birds, the green of a leaf, the solidity of a mountain, the purity of the eyes we meet.
