Mitakuye Oyasin to honor all the teachings I received from the Lakota people during my travels to South Dakota in the United States. Two small words that contain an immense meaning and that the native often repeat during their sacred ceremonies. “We are all connected”! Connected with yourself, with others and with the environment. But the others are not just the people we meet, they are all living beings, even animals and nature!
Mitakuye Oyasin changes the perspective of our life and stimulates us to put ourselves in an attitude of listening and respect for what surrounds us. For example, seeing a geko on the wall, meeting a squirrel or looking at a landscape full of dragonflies from this point of view, we are receiving lots of messages. Mitakuye Oyasin to remind us that there is something else beside ourselves. An “other” to which we are connected and which supports us on a daily basis. We are very small compared to the sky, the moon, nature, animals, etc. We are very small but connected!
Core Energy because it’s a concentration, the heart, the center. During my life I found tools that help me to live better. Tools and teachings that I also received from the Lakota people during my travels to South Dakota. I learned a lot from them. I also learned how we can simplify life. Surely everyone in these sessions, receives a push to live in the “here and now”, using the present moment as a resource, increasess self-confidence, open-mindedness and identifies and visualizes his own goals.
