This proposal consists of a mixture of all my experiences: theater, coaching, personal and professional training. After years of teaching theatrical disciplines and following the certification received by ICF (International Coaching Federation) as a PCC, professional coach, I have developed a specific coaching path for professionals from the world of theatre, entertainment, cinema and television.
I was also an actress as some of you already know! And, I must admit, I have often needed support from the director for my insecurities, he often encouraged, reasured me, helped me to stay positive…
By creating a partnership with the actors, I provide them with tools to achieve the best performance increasing also self-esteem, fun on stage and awareness of their own body communication.
I work both in individual sessions, (also on Skype \ ZOOM), and collaborating with all the staff, especially the director, I am a sort of trainer that helps the actor to get into the part, to make the character real, so that when they perform they can transport the audience or the set into a dimension where the boundary between fiction and reality is no longer perceived.
I work on different levels:
- clarity regarding one’s aspirations – the dream becomes reality
- identification of a goal and achievement
- recognition of one’s potential
- awareness of non-verbal communication
- overcoming blocks
- if necessary I provide theatrical techniques
- positive use of one’s emotions
